Our Marketing Strategy

Based on well published statistics indicating that 87% of home buyers start their home search on-line, our primary marketing focus is web based.  However, these statistics also mean that 13% of buyers start their search somewhere other than the web.  So, we have a comprehensive strategy that heavily leverages the web but does not ignore print and other marketing strategies.

The web offers a multitude of web-sites for searching listings.  Because of this, our strategy is to marketing your home on as many sites as possible.

Below is a basic outline of the types of marketing we regularly perform:

  3. Flyers for distribution at the house, for the seller to distribute, and potentially at area businesses
  4. Presentation to other realtors at a weekly Association of Realtors meeting
